DESCRIPTION:Course Description:&nbsp\;This asynchronous\, facilitator-led c
 ourse\, which runs August 18-December 1st\, 2026\, is designed for Kansas 
 educators of students in Grades K–12 to teach student self-regulation st
 rategies\, either in core content or other applicable areas. Through this 
 self-paced course\, educators study an professional learning ebook and les
 sons to gain knowledge of 10 Self-Regulation Strategies as well as resourc
 es to apply self-regulation instructional practices. Each week\, the ebook
  and lessons are reviewed and then participants complete 1-2 Your Turn act
 ivities\, demonstrating their understanding. A Recognized Trainer provides
  feedback throughout the course\, as well as two real-time coaching sessio
 ns as part of Chapters 5 and 13. The course activities\, with the exceptio
 n of the two coaching events\, are asynchronous and can be done anywhere a
 t any time of day. Coaching will be scheduled at a time that works for eac
