 oin Kansas educators and related service providers working individually or
  in&nbsp\;transition teams&nbsp\;to collaborate and demonstrate understand
 ing and implementation of transition services that support postsecondary o
 utcomes. Participants will&nbsp\;learn how to identify\, explore and acces
 s community supports&nbsp\;and\, with a student in mind\,&nbsp\;will creat
 e an implementation plan that links student education\, family engagement 
 and communtiy supports. Teachers\, transition specialists and coordinators
 \, administrators\, parents\, related service providers\, and paraprofessi
 onal staff are encouraged to attend.Pre-training assignment:Choose and rev
 iew one of the “Additional Resources” on the Guiding Educators to Acce
 ss Community Supports page on the TASN ATBS website and be prepared to sha
 re 1 to 2 new insights.October 14 &amp\; 15: Virtual Training Days 1 &amp\
 ; 2 (8:00-12:00)October 22: Coaching Day - A virtual 30 minute&nbsp\;to 1 
 hour coaching conversationSign-up for your coaching conversation will occu
 r during training (please come to the training with a choice of times in m
 ind)December 9: Virtual Implementation Day 3 (8:00-12:00)***Upon completio
 n of the&nbsp\;training sessions\, coaching conversation\, and implementat
 ion day\, participants will be awarded a certificate for 11 hours of conti
 nuing education.******Approved for 11 continuing education clock hours for
  attendance of all 3 training days by Kansas licensed Speech Language Path
 ologists by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.&nbsp\
