 oin Kansas educators and related service providers working individually or
  in&nbsp\;transition teams&nbsp\;to collaborate and demonstrate understand
 ing and implementation of transition services that support postsecondary o
 utcomes. Participants will&nbsp\;learn how to identify\, explore and acces
 s community supports&nbsp\;and\, with a student in mind\,&nbsp\;will creat
 e an implementation plan that links student education\, family engagement 
 and communtiy supports. Teachers\, transition specialists and coordinators
 \, administrators\, parents\, related service providers\, and paraprofessi
 onal staff are encouraged to attend.Pre-training assignment:Choose and rev
 iew one of the resources in the materials section of this registration sit
 e and be prepared to share 1-2 insights at the training.Complete the Trans

 m to share outcomes and reflections with colleagues &nbsp\;Participants wi
 ll register for&nbsp\;one of two&nbsp\;available sessions&nbsp\;(8:00 or&n
