DESCRIPTION:In this hands-on interactive workshop\, we will explore one of 
 my favorite math manipulatives: Cuisenaire Rods! As you will see\, these m
 anipulatives are quite versatile and can be used to represent many topics 
 in math. We will begin by investigating how the rods can be used in the ma
 th classroom and create lessons/activities that are applicable for your st
 udents. The workshop will be geared towards educators in grades 3-6\, but 
 the basic concepts and principles will also help teachers from younger and
  older grades.\n\nPlease BYOR (Bring Your Own Rods) for maximal participat
