Event 4 is offered annually and attending the other events first is NOT required . Event 4 is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to l ead cohesive teams while maintaining exemplary standards of treatment inte grity\, thereby fostering student success. Participants will acquire techn iques for consistent communication to attain team objectives\, deliver tra ining to fellow staff members with built-in mechanisms for monitoring skil l implementation\, adapt support systems to enhance staff performance\, re cognize staff advancements toward set goals\, and evaluate the effectivene ss of their provided support. \; Participants\, preferably those that supervise paraprofessionals\, are expected to complete the Treatment Integ rity &\; Performance Feedback section of the \;It's All About You! Moodle module and the pre-training section of the \;Building a Cohesiv e Team Self-Assessment (to gather a baseline of component implementation) prior to attending the training. Days 1 and 2 of this training will cover the content for the 7 Steps of Building a Cohesive Team. After day 2 of th e training\, participants are expected to engage in a follow-up coaching c onversation (about 20 minutes) with a TASN coach then implement all compon ents taught at the training with their classroom team. On Day 3 of the tra ining\, participants will share their progress with implementing the compo nents of Building a Cohesive team by discussing their completed PowerPoint from a template that embeds the required components and provide feedback to other participants on their implementation project. \; \;Regist er for all 3 days here. \;This 3-day event is approved for Ace Learnin g Event\, for continuing education units \;for BCaBAs and BCBAs by the  \;Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
