 ourse\, which runs from January 27–March 7\, 2025\, is designed for teac
 hers of students in Grades K–2 to better understand instructional activi
 ties to teach conflict management\, either in core content or other applic
 able areas. Through this interactive course\, educators gain&nbsp\;knowled
 ge of 10 conflict management strategies\, as well as resources to apply&nb
 sp\;conflict management instructional&nbsp\;practices in primary grades. E
 ach week\, instructional activities will be reviewed and then discussed wi
 th colleagues\, with facilitation from a Recognized Trainer. Course activi
 ties are asynchronous and can be done anywhere at any time of day.Material
 s that will be provided for this&nbsp\;class include lessons: Heger\, E.\,
  Noonan\, P.M.\, &amp\; Gaumer Erickson\, A.S. (2024). Conflict management
  lessons [Primary] [Teacher lessons and student workbook]. College &amp\; 
 Career Competency Framework. (Course materials will be provided at the beg
 inning of this online course.)Course completers will earn 18&nbsp\;CEUs wi
 th an option to receive one graduate credit hour from Baker University (ad
 ditional $80 payment is required\; details provided during the course).&nb
