DESCRIPTION:The Stabilization Training is a 4 hour on-site regional trainin
 g that is in alignment with the Early Childhood Academy. The techniques an
 d strategies taught throughout the training align with the preventative me
 asures referenced by Emergency Safety Interventions (ESI) Regulations. Thr
 oughout the training\, participants will learn how to systematically stabi
 lize challenging behaviors to ensure the safety of the child and the class
 room.  Any and all educators are encouraged to register\, however\, the tr
 aining will be more beneficial to educators who attend with at least one c
 olleague that works with them on a daily basis.  \n\n**Approved for contin
 uing education clock hours for Kansas licensed Speech Language Pathologist
 s by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.
