 ourse\, which runs from January 27–March 7\, 2025\, is designed for teac
 hers of students in Grades 3–6 to better understand instructional activi
 ties to teach conflict management\, either in core content or other applic
 able areas. Through this interactive course\, educators gain&nbsp\;knowled
 ge of 10 conflict management strategies\, as well as resources to apply&nb
 sp\;conflict management instructional&nbsp\;practices in intermediate grad
 es. Each week\, instructional activities will be reviewed and then discuss
 ed with colleagues\, with facilitation from a Recognized Trainer. Course a
 ctivities are asynchronous and can be done anywhere at any time of day.Mat
 erials that will be provided for this&nbsp\;class include lessons: Heger\,
  E.\, Noonan\, P.M.\, &amp\; Gaumer Erickson\, A.S. (2024). Conflict manag
 ement lessons [Intermediate] [Teacher lessons and student workbook]. Colle
 ge &amp\; Career Competency Framework. (Course materials will be provided 
 at the beginning of this online course.)Course completers will earn 18&nbs
 p\;CEUs with an option to receive one graduate credit hour from Baker Univ
 ersity (additional $80 payment is required\; details provided during the c
