 n\n&nbsp\;\n\nSeries Description\n\n\nSuccessful assistive technology prog
 rams begin with a vision of what quality services should look like and a c
 ourse of action that helps the agency move toward that vision. &nbsp\;This
  series is intended to support educational leaders in developing and/or im
 proving assistive technology services by offering a practical roadmap to e
 ffective assistive technology services.&nbsp\; Throughout the series\, par
 ticipants will investigate barriers many districts face in the provision o
 f assistive technology and focus on specific leadership actions that can m
 ove districts toward high-quality\, and cost-efficient AT services.&nbsp\;
 \n\nThis online series is designed with pre-recorded modules and live webi
 nars providing learners with flexible and interactive learning experiences
 .&nbsp\; Participants will be assigned online modules created by Gayl Bows
 er\, author of Leading the Way to Excellence in AT Services:&nbsp\; A Guid
 e for School Administrators providing guidance and resources to build succ
 essful AT services in your agency.&nbsp\; Throughout the school year\, opp
 ortunities for live coaching sessions will be scheduled with time for inte
 ractive discussion\, coaching on module content and additional resources.&
 nbsp\;\n\nThis session is intended for two audiences:&nbsp\; educational a
 dministrators and assistive technology providers.&nbsp\; Educational admin
 istrators include principals\, assistant principals\, special education di
 rectors\, special education supervisors and/or anyone else filling a posit
 ion of leadership in the schools.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; \n\nSessions may be attend
 ed Individually\, but it is recommended that leaders engage in the full ye
 ar long pre-recorded and live coaching for maximum benefit.&nbsp\; \n\n\n
