 n\nJoin Kansas educators and related service providers working individuall
 y or in&nbsp\;transition teams&nbsp\;to collaborate and demonstrate unders
 tanding and implementation of transition services that support postseconda
 ry outcomes. Participants will&nbsp\;learn how to identify\, explore and a
 ccess community supports&nbsp\;and\, with a student in mind\,&nbsp\;will c
 reate an implementation plan that links student education\, family engagem
 ent and communtiy supports. Teachers\, transition specialists and coordina
 tors\, administrators\, parents\, related service providers\, and paraprof
 essional staff are encouraged to attend.\n\nPre-training assignment:\n\n\n
 	Choose and review one of the resources in the materials section of this r
 egistration site and be prepared to share 1-2 insights at the training.\n	
 Complete the Transition Collaboration Strategy Survey in the materials sec
 tion of this registration site and submit to&nbsp\;melissaw@tasnatbs.org.\
 n\n\nOctober 3 &amp\; 4: &nbsp\;Training Days 1 &amp\; 2 (8:30-12:00)\n\nO
 ctober 16: A virtual 30 minute&nbsp\;to 1 hour coaching conversation\n\n\n
 	Sign-up for your coaching conversation will occur during training (please
  come to the&nbsp\;training with a choice of times in mind)\n\n\nNovember 
 13: A 1-hour virtual meeting&nbsp\;via Zoom to share outcomes and reflecti
 ons with colleagues &nbsp\;\n\n\n	Participants will register for&nbsp\;one
  of two&nbsp\;available sessions&nbsp\;(8:00 or&nbsp\;2:00).&nbsp\;&nbsp\;

 ions\, coaching conversation\, and 1-hour virtual reflection\, participant
