DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe intent of this training is to give an overview of the s
 kills\nmeasured in Roman Numeral III.  This\nsection of the EIPA measures 
 the candidate’s foundational skills including the\nability to recognize 
 and deliver key vocabulary.  Participants will focus on how to determine\n
 key vocabulary and if other words in a text should be fingerspelled to sup
 port\nliteracy development.  In addition to\nknowing when to fingerspell\,
  the goal is to produce fingerspelling with clarity\nand accuracy.  We wil
 l also discuss the\nimportance of selecting signs that convey the appropri
 ate semantic intent.
