Registration can be completed only if payment is made when registering.  \;If you login with your username and passw ord and then register another person\, the TASN system will register you f or the workshop. Keystone GSTAD Project Staff cannot register you for a wo rkshop.MIS Workshop CancellationWorkshop Registrations can only be cancell ed by the person who registered through the TASN registration system. Keys tone GSTAD Project Staff cannot cancel your workshop registration.Workshop registrants who cancel their registration 14 or more days prior to the wo rkshop date will have their registration fee refunded. Registrations cance led during the 13 days before the workshop date will not have their regist ration fee refunded. Registrants who do not attend their workshop will not have their registration fee refunded.AvailabilitySeating is limited at ea ch workshop. Registrations may close at some locations sooner than others because all of the seats have been filled. Preferential registration on a First Come-First Served basis will be afforded to the MIS Data Clerk and t he Special Education Administrator(s) or their designee (i.e.\, IEP Coordi nator or School Psychologist). Availability subject to change.  \;The Data Clerk will be allowed to register if the Special Education Administra tor/designee does not register for an FY 2026 MIS Workshop.Points are awar ded on the Kansas IDEA Annual Performance Report Timely and Accurate Data score sheet for attendance at an FY 2026 MIS Workshop. Two points are awar ded for attendance by the MIS Data Clerk. Two points are awarded for Speci al Education Administrator/designee attendance at either the 2025 KSDE Pre -Leadership MIS Workshop in Wichita in June\, or at an FY 2026 MIS Worksho p (including the virtual workshop.) Backup Data Clerks are welcome to atte nd. Points are not awarded for attendance by the MIS Data Clerk Backup.&nb sp\;Special Education Administrators are welcome to invite the district KI DS administrator to attend an FY 2026 MIS Workshop.  \;Special Educati on Administrators are also welcomed to invite representatives of their Stu dent Information System and IEP Program vendors who support the Special Ed ucation MIS Data Collection to attend an FY 2026 MIS Workshop. The KIDS ad ministrator and/or district SIS/IEP vendor/developer group must register f or the workshop and will be billed for the registration fees by Keystone L earning Services. Student Information System and IEP Program vendor/develo per group may send no more than a total of two persons to the FY 2026 MIS Workshops.  \; Each person from a vendor/developer group may attend on ly one workshop\, must register for the workshop and the vendor/developer group will be billed for registration fees by Keystone Learning Services. A vendor/developer group is to attend strictly to obtain information from the workshop presenters.
