The TASN professional development model adheres to implementation science research. The Implementation Science Drivers, summarized by the National Implementation Research Network at https://nirn.fpg.unc.edu/learn-implementation/implementation-drivers, include selection, training, coaching, facilitative administration, and performance assessment. This table lists the components of each driver. Each TASN project purposefully addresses each driver and, together with KSDE and the TASN Coordination and Evaluation teams, works to continually improve evidence-based professional development implementation practices.
