TASN Training and Coaching Event Evaluations

The TASN Training Event Evaluation and Coaching/Facilitation Event Evaluation forms are automatically sent to participants at the end of TASN events, asking them to rate the quality of the event and the degree to which it adhered to adult learning principles. Through open-ended responses, participants provide additional feedback concerning takeaways, lingering questions, needed supports, and suggestions for improvement. Participants are encouraged to complete the evaluation, as this information is used to improve content and follow-up support.
