Standard TASN Training Evaluation

The Standard TASN Training Evaluation form is a series of items and requests for open-ended responses sent to participants at the end of a professional development event asking them to rate the quality of the event and the degree to which it adhered to adult learning principles. Through open-ended responses, participants provide additional feedback concerning takeaways, lingering questions and needed supports, suggestions for improvement, and suggestions for further professional development. Participants are encouraged to complete the training evaluation, as this information is used to improve content and follow-up support. TASN projects are able to create additional items as needed.
