Description: For professional development to be effective and result in systematic implementation of evidence-based practices, administrative support and investment is required (Kucharczyk, S., Shaw. E., Smith Myles, B., Sullivan, L., Szidon, K., & Tuchman-Ginsberg, L., 2012).
